Country: Belarus
I am a student of the Philological faculty of the Belarusian state University, Department of «Russian Philology». I am passionate about studying languages (both native and foreign), world literature. During my school years, I took part in national and international academic competitions in Russian language and literature, and repeatedly became a winner. At the moment I participate with great interest in student scientific conferences, creative competitions, and volunteer projects. I am planning to become a literary critic or a scholar of Philology (in the field of philological knowledge I am particularly interested in ancient languages and monuments of writing). My main hobby is poetry. I write poems from my early youth upwards in Russian and Belarusian. I constantly try to expand my knowledge of poetry through careful reading and analysis of works by authors of different epochs. I do everything possible to develop my own poetic style (I master new forms and genres and dream of creating a unique image system). I’m fond of music, painting, theater, arts and crafts.
No one knows where art begins. You can be a very ordinary or busy person, but one day feel creative impulses inside. What can be a push or a stimulus? Anything. But most often, secret creative springs are awakened in a person under the influence of other people’s creativity. If you want to develop your creative thinking, the book «Projective graphics» by Y. Bezrukova (Mussyienko) and V. Tikhomirova is what you need. In the first three chapters you can learn more about the authors and their unique creative method (“graphelvas”). The following chapters present the works themselves. In the last Chapter, you can see the name of each image, revealing its concept. It is very interesting to try to title each picture yourself, and then compare your own ideas with the author’s. You will see how many different meanings the same image can acquire in the perception of different people. This means that each of us has creative abilities, and we only need a spark to ignite them. Also it is very important to find connections between different interpretations of the same artistic phenomenon. For example, are the semantic connections between the following names of the same images (names given by me and by the authors of book) not obvious? «Heart» — «The family», «Busyness» — «Twenty-first century evening», «Searching» — «Reverent», «Meditation» — «The president», «Ancestor» — «Audacious», «Seal» — «Relax», «Cat» — «Thinking». Think about it. If you try to unravel the concepts yourself, you will get a plenty of positive emotions during the comparison with the author’s ones. This is not only an exciting game, but also a therapy, and, most importantly, the disclosure of your own creative potential.
